Firm partner Joel Johnson obtains a temporary restraining order ("TRO") in Benton County. The TRO was issued for violation of restrictive covenants. Our firm's client did not grant a waiver of the restrictive covenants to the offending party, and Joel was able to prevent the violative use from continuing.
