Founded in 1887, Warner, Smith & Harris is a midsized law firm serving Western and Northwest Arkansas. Our attorneys, paralegals and staff members work on a wide range of sophisticated business transactions and complex litigation matters for some of the region's and nation's largest companies and nonprofit organizations. Our varied practice offers all attorneys and paralegals the opportunity to resolve challenging issues and questions in many forums-legislative, regulatory, corporate, and judicial.
Some of our attorneys began their careers in government or private firms and many others are "home grown." Our summer program offers law students the opportunity to work with lawyers here at the firm. The attorneys we recruit have superior academic backgrounds and an interest in one or more of our specialized practice areas.
